You have the entire house of this home. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level and two beds and another bath upstairs. Within walking distance to downtown shopping/restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, theater and more! Within a short drive to the Little River Casino, Golf Courses, Onekama, M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking, antiquing and vineyards. We welcome you and your dog, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance. There are several antique family furniture pieces in the house that are more valuable to me then to anyone else, but I hope you enjoy them as part of the decor! You will be asked to fill out a rental agreement at the time of booking.

If you are interested in renting only one bed and one bath, we can close the top floor for a smaller rate. Please inquire before booking or book the sister property entitled "Pet Friendly One Bedroom close to Everything!"
