You have the entire house of this 100 year old home. There is one bedroom and bath on the main level and two beds and another bath upstairs. Within walking distance to downtown shopping/restaurants, the River Walk, beaches, theater and more! Within a short drive to the Little River Casino, Golf Courses, Onekama, M-22, Crystal Mountain, hiking and more! We welcome you and your dog or cat, but please let us know if you are bringing a pet in advance. There are several antique family furniture pieces in the house that are more valuable to me then to anyone else, but I hope you enjoy them as part of the decor! Please note: There will be a $300 refundable deposit collected at the time of booking. You will also be asked to fill out a rental agreement at the time of booking.

If you are interested in renting one bed and one bath, we can close the top floor for a smaller rate. Please inquire before booking or book the sister property entitled "Pet Friendly One Bedroom close to Everything!"
